This incredible property nestled at the top of the Tarset Valley in Northumberland is ready to take on a large group of hens looking for an unforgettable escape to the country.
Boasting ten spacious en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning indoor and outdoor areas where you can gather and kick-start the party, this lodge is truly one of a kind.

Gather the group on the balcony and begin the celebrations by opening a bottle of bubbly and enjoying a toast against the backdrop of the beautiful Tarset Valley.
Please note that this is a very remote property, so you'll need to drive to the estate and ideally bring groceries and cocktail mixers, so you won't run out of essentials.
The kitchen is decked out with all the amenities needed to help you whip up a full feast and there's also a BYOB bar perfect for creating an atmosphere and serving some drinks.

Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £600 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please Note
Please note that a refundable behavioural bond of £600 will be required via bank transfer a week prior to check-in. The bond will be returned within a week of your departure, subject to a successful check-out inspection and provided you have complied with any house rules.
There is no mobile phone signal on the estate, but calls can be made using WiFi, FaceTime or WhatsApp. There is limited bandwidth so streaming and software downloads aren't possible.All accommodation photos are guide images only, rooms and individual details may vary.
