Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 84 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please Note
Please note that towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own towels for both bathroom and swimming pool use.
Please note that a refundable behavioural bond of £300 will be required 1 week in advance of check-in, payable by bank transfer.
