If the weather is not amazing that day, the open-plan living/dining room boasts seating for up to 28 so everyone is part of the fun either way!
That's why! With its six en-suite bedrooms everyone will have their own cosy corner too, so whether it's partying or resting, you won't be squeezing in at any point on your weekend.

The games barn (shared with other guests of the estate), complete with a snooker table, pool table, table tennis, table football, and air hockey, is where the entertainment's at!
Challenge the hens in a friendly competition and raise a celebratory toast with the champagne flutes found in the kitchen. Ideal!
Afterwards, you can enjoy an afternoon filled with pampering by heading over to the nearby swimming pool and enjoying exclusive use of the facilities (you just need to book your slot).
Even though it feels like you're in your little world, Birmingham's buzzing nightlife is about an hour and 15 minutes away, so you can check it out too!

Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 70 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Card Payment.
Please Note
To have exclusive use of the swimming pool, you'll have to book your slot on the link provided after reserving your stay.
Please note that the games barn could be shared with other guests of the estate.
